Immediate release

Belle of Mid-Ulster Emma O’Neill to Host Fabulous Night of Fashion

The Belle of Mid-Ulster Emma O’Neill is delighted to announce that she will be hosting a Fabulous Night of Fashion at the Royal Hotel Cookstown on Thursday 25th October 2018 at 8pm.

The Fashion show will represent 2018 autumn /winter collections from local boutiques, as well as showcasing local clothes designer Fern McCracken who is specialising in bespoke clothing for children with disabilities. Fern said 'children with disabilities especially those who are restricted with their mobility can find clothing quite uncomfortable. I am delighted that I can use my skills to design or make alterations to make comfortable clothing for special occasions'.

The Fashion show will be jointly compared local celebrity Paula Smith from Stewartstown Drama Group and the event organiser Samantha Graham and feature the Belle of Mid-Ulster 2018 finalists as catwalk models. As a special treat Chelsea Flower show gold medal winner Therese Flowers at Designs by Therese will be conducting floral display demonstration and we are delighted that Model Kate Grant will be taking a break from her busy schedule to thread the boards.

On arrival guests will be treated with refreshments courtesy of Donna Espie from Bride 2 Bride at Curvy Closet and The Belle of Mid-Ulster Emma O’neill. Plus an extra special treat of delicious cupcakes sponsored by McGlaughlin's Coffee House & Bakery. Guests are then invited to take a stroll around and visit craft stalls & exhibitors who have also very kindly given a raffle prize.

The Fashion Show will be followed by a prize for the Best Dressed Lady of the evening and raffle with many amazing prizes.

We are delighted that this year’s fashion charity donation again will be given to Lilac Cancer Support in aid of Breast Cancer. LiLAC cancer support is a Mid-Ulster Charity who provide a number of services for cancer patients and their families. A service they provide is a bra and swimwear fitting service for women who have had surgery as a result of breast cancer.

Tickets are available from the The Royal Hotel Cookstown at a cost of £10.
